We use the latest technology for the BIM design process. We produce BIM models  based on 2D plans and BIM libraries.

 

Building information modeling is a process of digital building modeling.

The BIM approach can be used parallel with the design phase, but it can also be used after the completed and validated design phase, mainly for the purpose of detecting and preventing potential errors that could be identified only during the construction phase or for project optimization.

The basic purpose of using the BIM approach is to increase the efficiency of construction investment management from design, planning, inspections, tenders for the selection of construction contractor, construction, supervision to the commissioning of the constructed facility and improve the quality of the final facility and processes.
